DELIVERY GUIDE

OUR DELIVERY POLICY

Your order will ship to you most cost-effectively. We will use UPS ground services if size and weight allow. Some items, however, are too large or too heavy to ship by UPS. In this case, we will select a trucking company to deliver your freight. You can place your order online and receive a shipping quote by email the next day.
All shipments are F.O.B. Manning, Iowa. Small items will be shipped by ground service or express service if purchased. Larger items will be sent by truck freight. We do not ship C.O.D. orders.  We do not ship to a PO Box. All orders must include a complete shipping address and phone number.
Shipping charges quoted online are estimates, based on ground service shipping within the continental U.S. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international addresses will incur added shipping charges.
A customer service representative will contact you with a shipping quote before your order is finalized if the standard UPS Ground shipping within the continental U.S. is not adequate or appropriate for your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Most in-stock items are shipped within one business day.  Some items, shipping directly from manufacturers, will be sent as soon as the manufacturer can fulfill your order. A customer service representative will notify you if any items are not in stock or are shipping from a manufacturer.
Truck freight or special order items require additional shipping lead time for delivery.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard delivery orders are shipped via ground service unless otherwise noted. Orders cannot be sent to a P.O. box.
The map below estimates UPS Ground shipping times to addresses within the contiguous U.S. Times are estimated in business days.

Call +1(407)776-1091, +234(802)723-8089 for shipping information on all items sent to Alaska, Hawaii, international addresses, and truck freight items. Due to UPS regulations, oversized packages may require extra shipping costs.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Express shipping is available at an additional cost. Please call +1(407)776-1091, +234(802)723-8089 for more information.
Times in transit are calculated in business days. Business days are Monday through Friday. Deliveries are not made on Saturday and Sunday unless scheduled with the freight carrier.

TRUCK DELIVERY

Larger items may be shipped by truck freight.

Truck freight is tailgate only; you must have someone available to assist with unloading.

If you are not at the delivery address at the agreed time of delivery, you may be charged a re-delivery fee equal to your shipping charge.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

*Prices are shown in U.S dollars, For conversion, we recommend using a currency converter.
*Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the sending customer or if otherwise concluded, by the receiving customer.
* International orders may require 7-15 business days or more of the additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment.
* Items checked into our warehouse originally for shipping by Diamond King Express & Logistics LLC may not be taking withdrawn or taken back without the full charges including logistics, handling, packaging, security, storage, and other administrative fees being remitted.
*International shipping customers shall deposit a minimum of 10% of their shipment at the time of delivery to our warehouse which shall be applied towards their total due but up 10% or shall not be refunded should the customer change their mind and withdraw the items from being shipped as agreed

Advanced payment is required on international orders

Freight fees vary based on rate variances, and items ordered

Your international order must include a phone number

Value-added taxes and duty charges are the responsibility of the customer

All international orders are final

We do not accept backorders on international orders

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If you receive a damaged package, we recommend that you contact DKXL customer service at +1(407)776-1091, +234(802)723-8089 or info@diamondkingexpresslogistics.com, diamondkingexpresslogistics@gmail.com
 Do not refuse delivery. If you contact Diamond King Express & Logistics LLC customer service, we will help you file a damage claim with the carrier.
Regarding damage claims:

Please be prepared to describe the damage and provide photographs

Keep the package and parts in the same condition as they arrived

The carrier may request a physical inspection of the package

The carrier will void your claim if you do not have the packaging

All carrier damage claims must be filed within five days of receiving the products

FREE SHIPPING POLICY

All qualifying parts are identified with a message stating “Qualifies for Free Shipping…” Parts without this message do not qualify for Free Shipping.
The following do not qualify for Free Shipping unless otherwise stated:

Shipments outside the 48 contiguous U.S. states

Oversized items

Special Order delivered by truck freight

Prior purchases and returns

Other products not identified with the “Qualifies for Free Shipping…” message.
